SALES AND RETURN POLICY:
We will accept the return of any product you are not satisfied with, within thirty days of receipt.
All returned items must be in an undamaged, saleable condition and complete with packaging, instructions, painting guides, etc.
Only items returned to Master Details from USA, a division of Holli Wood Entertainment Incorporated, because of our error will be credited to your credit card. If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit return postage.
Other returns will be credited to your customer account; we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received with your order.
DEFECTIVE PARTS:
We make every attempt to insure the quality of the castings that make up our model kits. However, damage may occur in shipping. If that is the case, return only the damaged part along with your shipping information and it will be replaced free of charge.
CREDIT/REFUNDS:
Normally all of our products are in stock and ready to ship. If an item you purchase is out of stock, you will be notified by email with an estimation of shipping date and automatically credited for the purchase. If you don't want to wait, either your credit card charge will be reversed or a check will be issued.

SHIPPING:
All shipping is by U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for domestic shipping and 3 to 6 weeks international shipping on model kits. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks domestic shipping and 3 to 6 weeks international shipping on framed art prints.
